When you see the blue [format header #1 | format header #2] links under the green and red headers you are in Edit Mode.
You can change your page to suit your taste.
You can't "break" anything.
Click on "format header 1." A dialogue box will open.
Click on the green "background color" at the top and pick a different color. Click "Save" further down in the box.
The color changes.
It's that easy. You can change the borders, type size and type position. You can go back and change them again.
Click the blue [edit] under the left column. A dialogue box will open and you can change the text and picture in the column. To remove the picture click on "Remove current image."

Formatting tips |

You don't have to worry about "breaking" anything so have fun formatting your blog.
To set up your page header click on "format header #1" or, "format header #2" to set up a sub-header. If you don't want the second header click on "format header #2" and make sure there is no text entered and the settings are all set to O.
Your headers can be plain type, you can have text on a colour background, or text over a picture. You can put borders on the top and bottom, and the sides if you want to enclose the header in a box. Each of the borders can be a different thickness or a different colour, in solid lines, dots or dashes. Try different combinations and click "save" to see what they look l...
