Teens arrested in Bedford for graffiti, drugs, weapons

Officers observed four youths putting graffiti on machinery in Lions Park, near 277 Shore Drive. All four were arrested.
Two of the youths were in possession of marijuana. One youth was in possession of a prohibited weapon(brass knuckles).
